On the 2nd of November, our 6th annual e for education campaign came to a close and we are thrilled to announce it was a tremendous success. Together, we have raised $7 million this year, bringing our 6 year total to $29.5 million.
This result, our strongest campaign to date, could not have been achieved without your efforts and support. We are proud to be able to make a positive and significant impact on young people’s lives across the communities in which we operate globally.
Citi’s 6th e for education campaign closed on 2nd of November 2018 and we are pleased to announce that it has been another successful campaign. Over the nine weeks, Citi’s FXLM business has donated $1 for every $1 million of FX traded with Citi via a broad range of electronic platforms.
Citi’s 5th e for education campaign closed on the 17th of November 2017. Over the past three months, Citi’s FXLM business has donated $1 for every $1 million of FX traded with Citi via a broad range of electronic platforms. This year $6.25 million has been raised to support education-focused non-profits. The funds raised will contribute to several key initiatives supporting youth inclusion globally.
Partnering with seven education-focused charities, we’re working to enrich the lives of children around the globe. The e for education campaign, now in its 5th year, sees Citi donate $1 for every $1mm of FX traded electronically during the campaign.
